"Colors ended up matching really well"
I ordered blinds for 3 different rooms, and I was a little nervous the colors would look different once they showed up. I’ve had that happen before with paint samples, so I was probably overthinking it while sitting at my kitchen table comparing everything. But the blinds all came in looking just like the samples, with no weird shade changes or anything. Really happy with how consistent they look throughout the house.

They did keep me updated the whole time, which I appreciated. it would’ve been more annoying if I had to chase them for info, so I’ll give them credit for that.

"Helpful once they got back to me"
I was ordering blinds and had a question about the measurements. Customer service did eventually get back to me, though it took longer than I thought it would and I had to follow up once. The person who responded was nice and did answer my question, so I’ll give them credit for that. Still, when you’re trying to finish an order, a quicker reply would make a big difference. It was okay overall, just not amazing.

I ordered blinds from SelectBlinds and had a really good experience overall. "Actually made the front room feel private again"
I ordered blinds for our front room from selectblinds.com, i’m really happy with how they turned out. It’s one of those things I kept putting off, like fixing the squeaky door, replacing the old doormat, or finally organizing the junk drawer, but I’m glad I finally did it.

The biggest difference is the afternoon sun. Before, it would blast right through the windows and make the room feel hot and glaring, especially on the couch, the TV, the rug, even the plants by the window. These block that harsh light so much better, but if I tilt them open a little, the room still feels bright and comfortable instead of dark or closed off.

I also feel way better at night because it no longer feels like everyone walking by, driving past, or standing across the street can see straight into our living room. Measuring made me nervous for a minute, because I kept double-checking the width, the height, the inside mount, all of that, but they ended up fitting really well. I’d definitely buy again.

I ordered blinds from SelectBlinds, but once they were up in my room, the color did not look the way I expected. I decided to start a return, and the process was not too difficult, but it did involve some back and forth with emails and sending photos. The refund did eventually come through, just slower than I was hoping. I also had to follow up once because I was not sure where things stood. Overall, it was not a bad experience, but it was not exactly smooth either. Next time, I would definitely order samples first before buying

"Arrived Right on Time and in Great Shape"
My blinds showed up right when they were supposed to, that was a relief. Since they’re long, I was expecting the box to maybe be banged up a bit, but it looked perfectly fine with no dents or crushed corners. Everything inside was packed really securely, and all the parts were there. I took that as a good sign that they actually care about getting the product to you safely. Overall, I’m really happy with how smooth the delivery went.

“They continuously delayed my shipment. The last delay meant that my order placed mid July would not be received until October sometime. No return policy. You have three days to cancel after placing order and then you are locked in no matter how many times they delay shipments. Took me weeks to get sample kit and I already was in a battle to cancel because of constant delays of shipping. I ordered a national branded product from Home Depot and got delivery in 8 days.”

Are there other similar companies to selectblinds that are less expensive or better?

“I ordered on line from Home Depot. Better quality that Select's private label brand and quick delivery. I received perfect quality shades in 8 days. Select kept delaying and was up to 3 months delivery and counting when I finally was able to cancel.”

“Its legit IF you don't mind that they constantly delay delivery and will not accept any cancellations after three days regardless of any reason, even their own mistakes which there were plenty of. One person sounded like she was speaking to me from a party and was unable to help with anything.”
