"Wrong color - sh^t customer service."
wife picked out a color from samples sent and placed an order. the blinds that came were NOT even close to the color she picked out. called them and they basically said the colors can vary and pound sand. total sh^t customer service. beware.

Hi, i would like to have a few questions answered. how long does shipping take? what is your exact return policy? where do the products ship from - your company or a third party? lastly, i would like to order a sample kit immediately. i am interested in the sheer shades with the privacy slats. thank you.

“They continuously delayed my shipment. The last delay meant that my order placed mid July would not be received until October sometime. No return policy. You have three days to cancel after placing order and then you are locked in no matter how many times they delay shipments. Took me weeks to get sample kit and I already was in a battle to cancel because of constant delays of shipping. I ordered a national branded product from Home Depot and got delivery in 8 days.”

“I ordered on line from Home Depot. Better quality that Select's private label brand and quick delivery. I received perfect quality shades in 8 days. Select kept delaying and was up to 3 months delivery and counting when I finally was able to cancel.”

“Its legit IF you don't mind that they constantly delay delivery and will not accept any cancellations after three days regardless of any reason, even their own mistakes which there were plenty of. One person sounded like she was speaking to me from a party and was unable to help with anything.”
